The mentioned contest, which is the most important in the world about ecological wines, gathered in this opportunity about 1200 ecological wine types, proceeding from 40 countries, all of them with solid tradition in ecological wine production.
The delivery of rewards and prizes will be in the next month of February 2007 during the Ecological Feeding Fair Biofach 2007.
With this acknowledgement, Bodegas Robles becomes the first spanish wine producer in obtaining this remarkable reward. Also, it is important to note that during all the history of this contest, this reward has been won only by eight ecological wine producers.
Moreover, in 2006 Bodegas Robles has obtained the following rewards:
- The Best Ecological Company of Spain, granted by the Ministerio de Medioambiente.
- Official Supplier of the FAO – UN.
- One of Best Spanish Producer, granted by GUIA CAMPSA 2007.
- Gold Medal in Ecological Bunch Grapes 2006 (ECORACIMOS).
- Gold Medal in Mosque Rewards 2006 (PREMIOS MEZQUITA).
- Silver Medal in Estella City 2006.
- Silver Medal in Wine Challenge 2006.
- Rewarded in Sial Paris in the Best Buy Awards 2006.
- Rewarded for Spanish Union of Wine Taste Qualified People in the Prize Baco 2006.
With this series of rewards Bodegas Robles has showed the certified top quality of the Andalusian ecological wines of the Designation of Origin “Montilla – Moriles” and also the excellence of Pedro Ximenez grapes.
