Bodegas Robles has just obtained Two Gold Medals, a trophy and highest punctutation to their Pedro Ximenez Robles 1927 Selection as the absolute best wine of the contest with a punctuation of 100/100 and the Gold Medal to their Pedro Ximenez Ecological Piedra Luenga Bio in the twelfth edition of International Vinalies held in Paris last 6th of March.
More than one hundred experts in wine taste, all with world acknowledgement, have met for this edition of Vinalies 2007, which is one of the most important meeting in the world and wherein the producers of the best wine qualities meet together with the aim of getting one of the rewards, which could be "Gold and Trophy", "Gold", "Silver" and "Brass".
In this new edition, a spanish wine belonging to the Designation of Origin "Montilla Moriles" has been qualified as the best wine of the Meeting with a punctuation of 100/100, getting worthyly to be remarked as "the most excellent" among the best wines showed in the meeting.
The Pedro Ximenez Robles 1927 Selection of the Montillan producer is a wine elaborated with the Pedro Ximenez grape, which ageing process and wine growing in floor row casks working from 1927, make this wine a very special product of superb quality, which has been showed in the tasting performed by remarkable wine sspecialists of the world.
Also it is important to point out that bodegas robles has been rewarde with Gold Medal for their "Pedro Ximenez Ecological Piedra Luenga Bio of the year", which is one of the best Ecological Wines which are actually being produced around the world. This wine was rewarded with the Great Gold Medal in the Meeting BIOFACH 2007 held in Germany.
