Extra care taken to select only the healthiest bunches of ripe grapes, hand picked at optimum maturity. After fermentation, the wine spent a period of five mounths resting in stainless deposit, which endowed it with its singular character. The qualities of this Spanish red wine is best appreciated at 16º to 18ºC.

• Keep the red wine bottle in a cool place.

• Optimum temperature below 16º without noticeable variations.

• Do not store together with substances of strong or unpleasant smell.

• Avoid noise, light and high temperatures.

• To place the on guard horizontal bottles. It is fundamental that the cork remains humid, that is in contact with the wine, will be stored on guard horizontal. In addition, a small inclination allows that the sediments are deposited at heart. Reason why, the ideal, would be that the bottles is horizontal on guard with an inclination from surroundings to 5%.
