Pale Cream Patachula

Pale Cream wines result when you take Fino (dry wine) and sweeten it. This is done according to our tradition: by mixing in a measure of Pedro Ximénez, a naturally sweet wine. As a result, Pale Cream are a sweet wines with a pale golden colour. These Pale Cream wines have the clean fresh characteristic of a Fino but with teh smooth sweetness of Cream. It can be drunk chilled or at room temperature as an aperitif. These sweet wines are typical in the Spanish parties and fairs.

PALE CREAM COPEO, PALE CREAM PATACHULA and PALE CREAM ROBLES SELECCIÓN are three greats examples of these type of wines.
